Tom is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned business strategist with a passion for driving growth and innovation.  Tom has experience with multiple start-ups that have scaled to hundreds of millions in revenue by differentiating from the "status quo" industry approach the competition was executing.  This has generated billions of dollars in revenue for dozens of SMB and Fortune 500 companies.

Tom earned his MBA, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Tom enjoys working out, golfing, watching collegiate and professional sports, and spending time with his wife, kids and grandchild.  

Ty leads the advisory practice and is the main point of contact for all V2E clients and partners.  An expert in corporate finance, operational execution, and strategic planning, Ty is uniquely positioned to help bridge the strategic and operational gaps in organizations.

Ty graduated with a BBA in finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.

Ty is a golfer, pickleballer, and collector of highly allocated bourbons.  He enjoys being a travelling foodie with his wife, and spending time with his high-energy goldendoodle.
