Tom is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned business strategist with a passion for driving growth and innovation. He has a proven track record with multiple startups that have scaled to hundreds of millions in revenue by disrupting the status quo and outpacing competitors. His approach has generated billions of dollars in revenue for both SMBs and Fortune 500 companies.
At V2E, Tom focuses on strategic planning, operational excellence, and revenue growth, helping owners turn a big-picture vision into a plan their team can run and the leadership to carry it out. He is especially passionate about mentoring small business owners, drawing on his own experience building and scaling companies to help them lead with confidence and grow on their own terms.
Tom holds an MBA, graduating summa cum laude and as Valedictorian from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
In his free time, Tom enjoys working out, golfing, watching collegiate and professional sports, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
Ty leads the advisory practice and serves as the primary point of contact for all V2E clients and partners. With deep expertise in corporate finance, operational execution, and strategic planning, Ty is uniquely positioned to bridge the strategic and operational gaps that many organizations face.
Much of Ty's work centers on succession and exit. He helps owner-led businesses prepare for a sale or handoff, building the transferable value that earns a stronger multiple and lets a company run without depending on any one person. That means setting an honest valuation baseline early, closing the gaps buyers quietly discount, and staying through offer modeling and negotiation alongside the owner's counsel.
He also leads V2E's applied AI work, where the focus is getting something working rather than presenting a deck. Ty helps clients automate repetitive tasks, turn an idea into a clickable prototype in days, and sequence an AI roadmap against real return.
He holds a BBA in Finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
In his free time, Ty enjoys golfing, playing pickleball, and collecting rare bourbons. He also loves traveling with his wife as a self-proclaimed foodie and spending time with their high energy Goldendoodle. In August 2024, Ty welcomed his first child, a son.
Tim has done what most owners set out to do and few pull off: he built a company and sold it in a multimillion-dollar exit. He founded On the Run Legal Solutions, a Phoenix-based legal support firm, and grew it from the ground up before its sale. Having taken a business all the way from first client to closing table, he brings a genuine owner's perspective to the people he now advises.
He brings more than 30 years in sales, marketing, and business development across the legal and transportation sectors, with earlier work in automotive marketing and third-party logistics. Tim knows how these businesses run day to day, and where a focused operator can find room to grow.
At V2E, Tim advises owners on growth, positioning, and preparing a company to sell. His focus stays practical: what actually drives value, and what a buyer will pay for.
